Product can be purchased by calling our office at 1(866) 719-1192 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Eastern Time or by emailing info@advacare.ca anytime. If calls are made or emails are sent after hours, we will promptly return your call the next business day.
Advacare accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Matercard, Cash, Money Order, Interac Debit (in-store) or Interac e-transfer to info@advacare.ca. NOTE: please do not send credit card information by email. Credit card information is to be provided by telephone only. You will be provided a confirmation number for the transaction and your credit card information WILL NOT be kept on file.
A. For CPAP, APAP and Bilevel-PAP machine purchases:
Purchasing a CPAP/APAP/BiLEVEL-PAP machine requires a valid prescription from a Medical Doctor. If you are purchasing a PAP machine, please send your prescription to Advacare by email (info@advacare.ca) or by fax (416-234-8807). Your PAP machine cannot be shipped to you prior to Advacare receiving the prescription.
B. For mask, mask parts and accessories:
Purchasing a mask, parts for your mask or any accessories does not require a prescription.
Advacare offers FREE Canada Wide shipping on all orders over $100 (Canada Post Express Post). We do not currently ship outside of Canada. If you have a preferred method of shipping, this can be arranged at your cost.
Most orders placed before 2:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be shipped within 1 business day. From time to time, due to stock availability and issues beyond our control, orders may take longer to ship. You will be notified by telephone or email if this is the case. Tracking information will be provided.
Advacare Inc. will accept returns on any unused, unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Return shipping is at the cost of the client. Please note that any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned. A CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machine is considered to be used if there are any hours of use on the machine.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and inspected by Advacare staff. If the product is deemed to be worthy of return, a refund will be issued for the amount of the product. Shipping fees resulting from sending the product to the customer when it was purchased will be deducted from the amount refunded. There is no restocking fee. NOTE: prior to returning product to Advacare, please contact our office to obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. At that time, you will be provided instructions as to the how to proceed for the return.
In order to avoid unnecessary returns, if you are unsure of sizing, product features or compatibility, please contact us. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you. We can be reached at 1(866) 719-1192 from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time.
If a product is received with an "out of box" defect, please contact our office at 1(866) 719-1192 within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist in ensuring you receive a replacement item. If you call after hours or on a weekend, we will return your call the next business day. In the case of an "out of box" defect, replacement product will be sent to upon Advacare receiving and inspecting the defective product.
CPAP, BiPAP or APAP machines are sold with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. Misuse, neglect, abuse or water damage will nullify the warranty period. If your machine malfunctions while under warranty, please contact our office at 1(866) 719-1192 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be issued to you. You will be provided instructions as to what steps to take next. Please note that warranty decisions are made exclusively by the manufacturer and that Advacare cannot be held responsible for the manufacturer denying a warranty claim. Please also note that machine repairs can take as long as 6 weeks. If you require a machine during that time, rental machines are available.
